WTF

I hate it somebody pisses you off, but still doesn't know that he/she has pissed you off and that you're angry. Needless to say, they don't know why they piss you of even though you've already mentioned the reason why.

Moreover, that person says you're sensitive and hot tempered. Also saying that you get angry very fast, asking you to take a chill pill. Sometimes, they will just laugh their way out. Sometimes, they act like as though nothing happened. Sometimes, they condemn you further.

Sigh, totally ruined my mood and my perception towards that person. I will have to rethink and re-evaluate whether that person is worth it or not.

Sometimes 'sorry' isn't enough.

WTF!

Glee

Everything about glee is awesome. The singing, the dancing, the cast (but the guys are not that hot, quinn is hot tho), anything you can name.

I listen to their songs everyday, every minute. My favourite song is still 'endless love', sung by rachel and mr shue, original song by lionel richie and diana ross.

I'm still wondering rite, is Kurt a guy or gal in real life? I think he's a guy rite? His/her name is Chris something. Guys should totally dress like him, fashion icon sial. And, he can sing!!

A lot of people dislike rachel (the lead actress). Why lar? She's pretty! and most importantly she can SING. She has the voice of an angel, i'm not kidding. I couldn't stop staring at her eyes, so beautiful, but of course her lips are a bit cacat. But what came out from her mouth is awesome man. try to beat that losers!

I want to sing and dance too :( somebody teach me. But i cannot sing for nuts lar sigh. God gave me the voice of a duck.

Scrawny Me

I have never been fat in my life, even if i want to. I am skinny/slim/stick whatever you call it, even giving me names like 'stick with two boobs', 'skinny bitch', 'skin and bones', but I didn't mind it lar, being skinny is better than being fat a thousand times to the power of infinity. I am never worried about my weight, in fact I am never concerned about my weight in my entire life. Sounds snobbish eh?

But heck, I'm always contented that I'm not FAT. And of course I don't starve myself or puke to get my current body DURH. It's in the genes people! I eat what I want, whenever I want, how I want it, without the need to plan my diet. I don't have to calculate how many calories I consume and how much I'm allowed to eat in a day. That's pathetic.

In short, gaining weight is something REALLY HARD for me. Ask Jay why.

Until one day, somebody said I'm scrawny. Boy it feels like people calling you fat, literally. Now I understand how it feels to be judged by how your body looks like. Don't judge me! I don't tease people.

NOW, TODAY, the reflection in the mirror looks so different suddenly. I see a different person. I see a skeleton with awfully long hair. I see no meat. I see something that my dog would love to bite and not let go. I SEE SOMETHING UGLY!!!

I gotta say that word hit me real hard, yeah really hard. I feel insecure baby! Shu Ying is feeling insecure about her body!!!! Woooooow she's having issues with her body, like other teenagers! for the first time in her life.

Well I'm a girl. I'm born to be vain. Shut up.

So is there any competitions to help me? Like The biggest looser? to lose weight.

How bout The biggest winner? I'll win for sure. Hence my name, shu YING. YING YING YING!

-----------------------------------

I love having group conversations with iiko, eli and namco =) AWESOME.

Glee is awesome. WHY CAN'T I SING AS WELL AS THEM?!

So many ppl flew off. I wish i have wings too :(

UNI IS STARTING. whoot i'm growing up. Weee IT'S THE TIME OF MY LIFE.
Do not use the word 'college' anymore. It does not apply for me. *gives the bitchy smile*

Shu Ying's Boring Life

I know I should be updating about my life, instead of sharing emails which can be done by simply fowarding them.

Maybe my life is too boring, that I don't desire to blog and share about it.

Wait for updates lar. Be patient for something more interesting. (wait, why am i telling this, nobody reads my blog, only my sister stalks my blog).

Gem of Life

Two men, one American and an Indian (kai vin and nikkil XD) were sitting in a bar drinking shot.

And after shot,

The Indian man said to the American, 'You know my parents are forcing me to get married to this so called homely girl from a village whom I haven't even met once.

We call this arranged marriage.

I don't want to marry a woman whom I don't love...

I told them that openly and now have a hell lot of family problems.'

The American said, talking about love marriages...

I'll tell you my story.

I married a widow whom I deeply loved and dated for 3 years.

After a couple of years, my father fell in love with my step-daughter and married her, so my father became my son-in-law and I became my father's father-in-law.

Legally now my daughter is my mother and my wife became my grandmother.

More problems occurred when I had a son. My son is my father's brother and so he is my uncle.

Situations turned worse when my father had a son. Now my father's son, my brother is my grandson.

Ultimately, I have become my own grandfather and I am my own grandson...

And you say you have family problems...

The Indian fainted...

For those who watched/ is watching Gem of Life:

Doesn't it sound like 'gem of life' 's plot? Guess the director was inspired by this email. XD.

With this special helmet, you don't have to worry about sleeping on a stranger's shoulder anymore!! Then, you won't have to worry about your neighbour's stinky hair and dandruffs!

Hahaha! Good for students who are rushing to their next class but their noodles are too hot to eat! won't be late for class =)

Is that a force field? HAHA! RIDICULOUS LAR!!!

Doesn't it hurt? I know I would choke to death.

UGLY SHOES. OMG. Just when i thought japanese are fashionable! What's the point actually????

HAHAHA. CHILD ABUSE!!!!

I want something like this. Too bad it doesn't have a leg.

Now i know why Brian loves Japanese.

Never Eat Too Full

We, Chinese's favourite time of the year is around the corner!! All the angpaus and great food! YUM YUM. My personal favourite one is prawn crackers, YUMMY. and all the cookies!!! They all spell De-li-cious.

We stuff ourselves, again and again. And again. But do you know? YOU ARE KILLING YOURSELF. No, not by being heaty, but you are really killing yourself!

So............

What's wrong with eating too full?

Don't overeat and don't encourage your family members and friends to overeat - unless you wish to shorten their healthy living and perhaps die younger!

An interesting article about eating too full....

In Today's Dr Lee Newsletter Issue: "What's wrong with eating too full?"

"The more you eat, the sooner you die. The lesser you eat, the longer you live." This is what Dr Lee always says in his health talk. He also mentions, "Eating too full causes all sorts of health problems such as hypertension, diabetes, stroke, etc."

Why is eating too full is so harmful to your health?

Mice experiment

To see how eating habit affects life span, a professor from University of Texas did an experiment on mice.

For the first group of 100 mice, he lets them eat without any restrictions, just like after a buffet meal. The second group was fed until 60% full. And the third group was given food without restrictions too. But this time, he reduced half of the protein contents. After 2.5 years, guess how many mice were still alive out of 100?

First group (eat without restrictions) - only 13 mice was alive. Opsss...

Second group (60% full) - 97 mice was still alive. Only 3 mice died.

Third group (eat without restriction with protein cut half) - 50 mice still alive.

What can we learn from these results?

Firstly, eating too full is really harmful to your body. Secondly, eat until you are 60% full if you want to live longer and healthier. Thirdly, taking too much protein is harmful to your body too. We don't need so much protein after all.

Overworking body

Imagine having a small family car. Instead of using it for short traveling between home and office, you use it for long distance traveling between different cities every day. Instead of using it an hour a day, you use it for 10 hours a day. Instead of driving at 70 km/h, you always speed up to 170 km/h, hitting engine's red line.

Can you estimate your car's life span? Do you expect to have various problems with your car after a short time?

Driving your car at high speeds for a long time is like always eating too full. You force your body to always work at its red line.

Do you know digestion is the most demanding work for your body? Think about the organs involved such as your mouth, stomach, liver, pancreas, duodenum and intestine. Think about the length of digestive tract from your mouth to intestine.

Eating too full zaps up much of your body energy for digestion. Otherwise, this energy may be used for other purpose such as enhancing your immune system.

Do you realize you become very tired easily after a big meal? That is the sign of your body working hard to digest all the food you take in.

If you eat an extra bowl of noodle, your pancreas has to produce extra insulin hormone to process the extra carbohydrates you take.

Your liver, stomach and intestine also have to produce extra enzymes to digest and process specific nutrients from that bowl of noodle.

Therefore the more you eat, the harder your body has to work to process it. Of course, we must eat to survive. But we don't have to eat that much!

If you drive your car slowly and handle it gently, you can use it for a long time. But if you always floor the accelerator and drive like a rally driver, you know the consequence on your car life span.

Side effects of eating

Your car engine burns fuel to move your car and bring you to anywhere you like to go. As a result, the engine produces exhaust smoke which is toxic. It must be dispersed out from your car.

Similarly, your body cell burns nutrient for energy to survive. In the process, it produces free radicals. Since free radical is toxic to your body, it has to be neutralized and expelled.

"Just metabolizing food especially fatty and carbohydrate-rich fare causes the body to produce free radicals, which attack cells and can promote the development of chronic conditions including heart disease, diabetes and cancer," says Ronald L. Prior, Ph.D.

Of course, your body can control free radicals in small quantity. But the more you eat, the more free radicals your body produces. Without adequate control, these free radicals easily attack your body cells and eventually cause all sort of diseases.

Good eating habits

After knowing the harmful effect of eating too full, what's your choice? Do you want to live longer, just like the second group mice in the experiment? Or do you want to risk ending your life earlier, just like the first group mice?

If you wish to live longer, here are some tips you can follow:

1. Always eat until 60% full. Do not exceed 80% full. You may want to stop eating when you feel slightly full.

2. Avoid having buffet style meals which makes it harder to control how much you eat. Instead, prepare the food you want to eat in a plate. After finishing it, don't add anymore food.

3. Leaving the dining table earlier may prevent you from picking some extra food to eat.

4. It is always a good idea to prepare lesser food in the first place. Some people are afraid of having not enough food for everyone. Actually, lesser food is beneficial for everyone..

In a restaurant, order in small amounts first. You can always add in some extra orders if necessary. But if you can get by with the original smaller order, that's great.

Remember this: You have higher chance of overeating if you serve more food on the table. You have better chance of not overeating if you serve less food.

5. Avoid stuffing your fridge with ice cream, chocolate or other dessert. You cannot eat what you do not have.

6. When someone prepares a big plate of food for you, look at it first. Ask yourself, "Do I want to stuff it all into my stomach?"

If your answer is no, just put aside some food to another empty plate first. After finishing your food, look back at the extra food on that new plate. Say to yourself, "Phew! Luckily I didn't stuff that portion into my stomach."

7. When you get too hungry before your meal time, just take some fruit instead of heavy meal.

The tendency to overeat is very high for modern people. Do you know most monks only eat twice a day?

They wake up at 4am, meditate and say their prayer. Later, they have their simple breakfast at 7am. Before 12pm, they have their lunch. That's all for them. They eat no more after that. No tea break. No dinner. No supper. They still look strong and energetic.

Of course, we don't have to eat like them. But it reminds us we can eat less and stay healthy. So remember to eat only 60% full if you want to stay healthy!

Remember not to eat too much during CNY.

You gain weight and die faster =)

Time To Grow Up

I've been debating with myself to quit or not to quit TTC for quite a long time. In the mean time, I've been giving my seniors in TTC lots of problems. Everybody is anxious to know my decision. Well, I left them wondering, pondering. Maybe they're cursing me behind my back. "Fiddle minded shu ying, cant even make a decision!!"

At last i've chosen the hard way - not to quit. I have several reasons why I cannot make this decision immediately. The main reason is that I don't want to juggle between my studies and teaching. It's uni my friends, no joke. Plus my course is one of the most expensive ones, I don't wanna risk my dad's money and go bankrupt. Needless to mention, I don't want to disappoint them lar. Common sense.

Next, I realised that I cannot fit in in TTC, even after a year of working there. Don't ask me why, beats me. People there are just very different from me. Well, It's time to seal that barrier and break the concrete that seperates us. I need to learn how to break free from my comfort zone and interact with them. To be honest, some of the new tutors are so wild and bitchy that I don't feel like seeing or talking to them. Now, I have to discover their true self, and not judge them by their appearances.

Lastly, the system is a chaos. They keep changing the system relentlessly last year, until I got blur. But this year, I can see a little improvement. Good for them, but I have heaps to catch up. I feel so dumb, so much addition in the system. Wish me luck!

It is time for me to grow up. I should not run away from my problems, but to face it with bravery and work hard to overcome it. Like previously, i kept whining to my friends that I hate ttc. It's useless because only mighty me can solve the problem. And it's no use whining, don't waste energy. Wow, took me about 19 years of my life to realise this.

So yeah right now, i'm taking the road less taken. I can do this.

I am trying to improve myself. I know that I'm taking a

Mayonnaise Jar and Two Cups of Coffee

When things in your life seem almost too much to handle;
when 24 hours in a day are not enough;
remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2 cups of coffee...

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in
front of him.
When the class began,
he wordlessly picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar
and proceeded to fill it with golf balls.

He then asked the students if the jar was full.
They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the
jar.
He shook the jar lightly.
The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls.

He then asked the students again if the jar was full.
They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar.
Of course, the sand filled up everything else.
He asked once more if the jar was full.
The students responded with an unanimous "yes."

The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and
poured the entirecontents into the jar, effectively filling the empty
space between the sand.

The students laughed..

"Now," said the professor as the laughter subsided,
"I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life.
The golf balls are the important things
--your family, your children, your health, your friends and your
favorite passions---
and if everything else was lost and only they remained;
your life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter;
like your job, your house and your car.
The sand is everything else---the small stuff.

"If you put the sand into the jar first," he continued,
"there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls.

The same goes for life.

If you spend all your time and energy on the smallstuff,
you will never have room for the things that are important to you.

"Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness.

Play with your children.
Take time to get medical checkups.
Take your spouse out to dinner.
Play another 18.

There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal.

Take care of the golf balls first
--the things that really matter--

Set your priorities.
"The rest is just sand."

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee
represented. .

The professor smiled.
"I'm glad you asked."
"It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem;
there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend ."
Please share this with someone you care about.

Handphone Scam

Dear all

I cannot stop myself from sharing this with all of you.

Its all started when I received a call from someone claiming that he was from Maxis and he asked me to shutdown my phone for 2 hours for 3g update to take place. As I was rushing for a meeting, I did not question and shutdown my cell phone.

After 45 minutes I felt very suspicious since the caller did not even introduce his name. I quickly turned on my cell phone and I received several calls from my family members and the others were from the number that had called me earlier - 3954380.

I called my parents and I was shocked that they sounded very worried asking me whether I am safe. My parents told me that they had received a call from someone claiming that they had me with them and asking for money to let me free. The call was so real and my parents even heard 'my voice' crying out loud asking for help. My parent was at the bank waiting for next call to proceed for money transfer. I told my parents that I am safe and asked them to lodge a police report.

Right after that I received another call from the guy asking me to shutdown my cell phone for another 1 hour which I refused to do and hung up. They keep calling my cell phone until the battery had run down. I myself lodged a police report and I was informed by the officer that there were many such scams reported. MOST of the cases reported that the victim had already transferred the money! And it is impossible to get back the money.

Be careful as this kind of scam might happened to any of us!!! Those guys are so professional and very convincing during calls. If you are asked to shut down your cell phone for updates by the service provider, ASK AROUND! Your family or friends might receive the same call..

Be Safe and Stay Alert!

Please pass around to your family and friends!

An Open LetterOne brave Sikh girl speaking up!

An open letter to Najib Abdul Razak
Jeswan Kaur | Jan 14, 10 10:33am

Malaysiakini

Mr Prime Minister,

I am compelled to pen you a letter, feeling very distraught over the racial discord rearing its ugly head yet again.

The negative outbursts resulting from the High Court's approval for the Catholic weekly Herald to go ahead and use the word ‘Allah' in its publication and the subsequent attacks on churches have made it very clear, that 1Malaysia is only and only political propaganda.

Your giving the go ahead for protests at mosques only added fuel to the fire, one that is sure to ‘engulf' Malaysians across the board if not enough effort is put into extinguishing it.

You know very well that the unity in diversity Malaysians once enjoyed has been destroyed by the powers that be for their own gain.
God by any other name is God and the house of worship is simply that.

Is a Chinese denied entry into a kuil? If yes, then the annual show at Batu Caves in conjunction with the Thaipusam celebration is nothing but an exercise at making money, thanks to the devotees who offer prayers at a fee.

What about the Sikhs, whose holy scripture the Guru Granth Sahib Ji makes reference to ‘Allah' and its derivatives Alah, Alhu, Allahu and Allahi some 46 times?

What does this tell you? Will the Sikh holy book be tampered with to erase all references made to Allah? Will the Sikhs be banned from reciting prayers from their holy book?

Mosque and blessed feeling for non-Muslim

If religion is so ‘private', I wonder what will happen to that tourist with a tattoo of the word ‘Allah' on her or his arm walking innocently along Petaling Street, Malaysia's very own Chinatown?

I was 22 when I started off as a journalist with an established newspaper company. Even then I had no hang ups over ‘my religion and your religion'.

This explained why I asked my Muslim colleague if I could accompany her to the surau and wait while she did her solat. She was more than happy and said ‘yes'.

As she fulfilled her religious obligations, I sat, feeling blessed at being in a house of worship.

It never crossed my mind that the surau was a place of worship exclusive to Muslims, until a senior reporter walked in and ordered me out, as she said the surau did not welcome a non-Muslim.

Along the way I had more Muslim friends, some who said it was a no-no for me to set foot inside a mosque or to hold the Quran.

But there was one Muslim whom I befriended who was only very helpful in helping me understand more about Islam, including going through the Quran, understanding the Sunnah, Hadith and even experiencing the month long fasting during the Ramadan month.

Urgent need for comparative religion studies

As a reporter, I was assigned to cover assignments at mosques. It was never unnerving for me as it was for the Muslims who became restless noticing the presence of a non-Muslim at their place of worship.

I cannot understand why Muslims become so insecure at the sight of a non-Muslim inside their mosque. But they will only be too happy if the non-Muslim comes in with a purpose to convert.

Doesn't a non-Muslim have the right to set foot inside a masjid, since it is yet another house of worship, to seek God's blessings?

Maybe this is why many Malaysians especially are ignorant about religious practices in Malaysia because they are not given a chance to learn, with no conditions attached. Is comparative study not possible without converting?

A Muslim friend passed away a year ago and we, her non-Muslim friends, gathered at the mosque. We brought along selendang or scarfs to cover our heads, knowing well what was expected of us.

And we later marched to the Muslim burial ground after the Zohor prayers to bid our friend farewell. No hang-ups there.

Even shampoo and toothpaste not spared

I remember as a child listening my grandmother uttering the word ‘Allah Taala' to the Muslim makciks in the kampung where we lived each time they talked about their respective health.

No one took umbrage then, so why today the unnecessary excitement over the court approval for a Catholic news bulletin to use the word ‘Allah'?

Why does the government take offence and demonstrate absolute authority in displaying its dismay over this, to the point that your colleague Nazri Aziz went on to say that the judge had erred in allowing the word ‘Allah' to be used? Is he saying that we no longer trust the judiciary?

Mr Prime Minister you definitely have lots to do, but your to-do list will be hogged by the utmost urgent need to address the issue of 1Malaysia, in the true sense of the word, where the Indians, Chinese and the Malays live as brethrens, with no hint of doubt or syak wasangka.

I believe advertisements showing toothpaste and shampoos exclusively for the Muslims have been doing a lot of damage. Is this a good example of 1Malaysia? Should the Indians and the Chinese follow suit?

I do not understand how Malaysians of today are united in their diversity. A walk to the pasar malam scares me as I dread passing by the stall that sells beef, as there hangs the head of the cow that was slaughtered. Can the non-Muslims make noise about this?
We do not because we 'understand'. But if pork meat was sold openly there would be chaos in the country.

Whither ‘love thy neighbour' ?

Why? Just like we ‘understand' when opulent mosques are built throughout the country.

But how would the Sikhs feel when Astro's Zee station abruptly ends the morning prayer telecast live from their holy shrine, the Golden Temple in Amritsar , Punjab , because of Astro's timing glitch.

This shows Astro's insincerity in making available such service to the Sikh community, not to mention complete disrespect for the prayers.
Also, why must the term ‘babi' (pig) be used to hurl abuses at non-Muslims? Do the non-Muslims stoop as low as use the term ‘lembu' to offend the Muslims?

Non-Muslims keep their pet dogs miles away from their Muslim friends who avoid ‘man's best friend' like the plague.

Sad, truly that even animals are not spared by mankind, God's most challenging creation.

If we have stooped so low, then it is time the country's national anthem ‘Negaraku' be relooked, for the rakyat no longer live bersatu dan maju (the people live united and progressive) nor does the rahmat bahagia, Tuhan kurniakan (God bestow His blessings and happiness on us) seems applicable anymore, keeping the racial tensions in mind.

I am sure God is thoroughly dismayed with his creation, for they have failed to grasp the true meaning of ‘love thy neighbour' and are ever thirsty for each other's blood.

Attacking churches like that happened recently is a bleak demonstration of 1Malaysia.

When will the politicisation of religion stop?
How many more hearts will your administration break to protect the interests of the dominant race of this country?

Is worshipping the creator an exercise in politics?

Mr Prime Minister, where were you when a Muslim transsexual was accused of bringing shame to Malaysia ?

For human rights sake, why did you not utter a word?

Is the issue of transsexualism a petty affair to you? What happened to your catch-phrase of ‘rakyat diutamakan etc'.

Is Malaysia gearing towards a second black May 13? If the current events are to be looked at, then yes, the worry and fear are very real as we watch the nation emasculate gradually but surely.

But if we all come to our senses and realise the truth and beauty of ‘love thy neighbour', all will be well, insyallah.

I am not a slave

opposite of Britney's song 'I'm a slave for you'. NO I AM NOT A SLAVE FOR YOU.

FML.

Now that there's not maid in the house, I totally understand I need to help out my mom. Of course i did, i did most of the heavy duties for her. Even TV time is complementary to folding clothes time (multi-task lar). Certainly there is a change in my life. I don't live like a fairy-tale princess anymore, so stop the name calling.

Yes, you might say that this period is my holiday and I should help out. I already maximised my time by helping her. Since it's my holidays I have the right to go out either. I have the right to socialise with my friends. I'm not obligated to stay 24/7 in the house doing all these shit.

My mom just had to make such a big fuss about ME going out. It's not like i need you to fetch me and shit. NO. I never do that. NEVER. Why is she making such a big fuss? Because no one will mop the floor for her if i go out. No one will peel garlic skin for her. Come on, mom I have a life and i don't go out every single day. Just because you are a housewife doesn't mean you have to take my life away. And I helped you most of the time.

Like, just now I just woke up from my nap, I can hear her complaining loudly to grandma that I'm going out tomorrow. Whining that nobody will help her.

Sigh, i hate my current life. my mom hates her life too.

I cannot throw my tantrums at her, because she's the one funding my education.

What can I do? Not that i love doing housework. I pity my mom but sometimes she's just so unbearable i just ignore her. I understand that she cannot complain to my dad because my dad has bigger responsibilities, which is to feed the family.

I know you will suggest to hire a maid. But she insisted not to hire one. What other solutions do you have?

I feel i'm so boring now, because i only talk about houseworks now. BLAH.

I pray for a maid to drop from the sky. God, give me a maid thanks.

*update: my mom is pissing me off again. F.

Truly Beaute

15.1.2010

So there was this beauty exhibition, organised by a good friend of mine, John Loke. I'm so glad that he told me about this because i got lots of freebies and services =) I was one happy girl.

This beauty exhibition was held in the Mid Valley Convention Centre. I registered for 2 seminars, one is about how to do natural look make up which is so damn freaking simple just that i don't have the tools. Another one, which i missed because the stalls are too attractive, is the night diva look, nvm i can search for the tutorial from youtube.

It's really fun to be pampered. I got free nail art, 10 fingers! free skin analysis and free hair analysis as well as fat analysis. Im not much of a fan of manicure, and i also hate putting glitters on my fingers, it's such a hindrace you know! I don't understand how those ppl put extensions on their nails some more. How to take out contacts like that? Well, I had a wedding to attend the next day so i just did it for fun. And it's such a nuissance, i'll never do it again. I HATE MANICURE.

Walked around, saw lots of cosmetics lar, tempted to buy but kanasai! i brought very little money that day. Why oh WHY!!!! the eye shadows are so pretty!!! All the shimmer! oh well i'm too poor to buy all these. But i bought lots of skin care tho. For my mom and sis too. hahaha. Borosnya.

Oh yeah, the adonis ppl said my skin is HORRIBLY BAD. Very dry, clogged pores, wrinkles, blackheads (i've forgotten what's the correct term for blackheads). I was like wtf and really shocked, but it's the truth, my sleeping hours are so inconsistent. My skin is worse than zhini's skin!! NO!!!! Haha. Bought some serum for them, and im entitled to a facial treatment worth RM180. Not as geng as Likee, RM690 facial treatment, deng. I should have gone for the quiz hahah!

I also got free hair treament worth about RM500, going for it next friday. The analyst said my hair is very healthy and i have a lot of hair. This is great because i won't bald =) And she said my hair is pretty =) Natural curls rock! you suck straight hair! ok lar u don't suck just that i rock!

What else? I should have bought more stuffs larrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Oh yeah i bought a hair volumising thing, gives volume to your hair! But i don't really know how to put it. So yeah.

Well, this exhibition does not only showcase cosmetics lar, tho there are many stalls showing cosmetics and skin cares. They also showcased plastic surgery (yeah i'm not kidding), slimming sessions and also spa, massages. All these are not useful to me so i don't care. But one thing that fascinated me is the breast implant! So cool! Not the conventional breast implant, the improved breast implant, so durable and soft, feels so natural! It's so durable that it wont break off even if i pierce it with a knife. I think i might consider breasts implant when i'm older. IMHO, i don't think it's wrong to have plastic surgery? Why issit wrong? as long as i can afford it.

I want more eye shadows! i want gel eyeliner!! I'm being so vain! But it's reasonable because I'm a GIRL who wants to be PRETTY.

Quote: Ugly girls do not exist, but lazy girls do!

So true, we girls should adopt this concept and start pampering ourselves!

Deep, deep down inside me

I am very unhappy.

I thought I've let go everything and i really felt that sense of relieve. Really, i did.

But I'm wrong.

Is it because I'm too greedy?

Greedy to the extend that i always feel not contented with what I have.

Or should i say I'm just striving for more every time but i fail.

Cried for no reason. I really don't know why.

Nothing triggered me either.

No appetite, unable to sleep every night

No motivation, no goals.

Why am i like this?

I am really sad that I'm so negative. I cannot change.

Don't try to comfort me, unless you really understand me.

I don't think there's anyone who can.
